About History Current Gallery Contact
THE GEORGETOWN THEATRE COMPANY was founded in 1986 with the mission of producing classic literature as entertaining, audience-friendly theatre. We've brought Moliere and Goldoni to schools and parks, Schiller, Pirandello and Aeschylus to downtown theatre spaces. We present both classic plays and modern adaptations of classic literature, such as Milan Kundera's Jacques and His Master (based on Denis Diderot's Jacques la Fatalist).
